You were signed out
A sign-in ends when:
- you haven't used it for 7 days;
- you changed or reset your password (other devices are signed out);
- you selected Sign out everywhere else on another device;
- you undid a change to your login email;
- your administrator signed you out.
Sign in again as usual. If you didn't do any of these and don't know why, check your sessions and change your password.
Confirm it's you
Changing your MFA methods or your login email asks you to confirm it's you first. Without MFA, enter your password. With MFA on, use your passkey, an authenticator code or a recovery code, even on a remembered browser. You won't be asked again for 5 minutes.
An app asked you to sign in
Some apps ask you to sign in again before something sensitive, even if you're signed in here. Sign in as usual and the app carries on.
