Reset it
- On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?
- Enter your login email and select Send reset link.
- Open the link in the email, enter a new password twice and select Set password. It needs at least 12 characters.
- Sign in with the new password.
The link works once and expires after 7 days. Resetting signs you out on every device. If MFA is on, sign-in still asks for your code.
No email arriving
Check your spam folder and that you typed your login email. Still nothing? Ask a staff member.
